I like how STEM can actually be used to fix real-life problems and make stuff better for people every day.

When I grow up, I want to be a Lawyer. I believe doing well in STEM activities now will help me excel and find my focus in my career.

Malakai — High School STEM Ambassador

One thing I like about STEM activities are the problem solving skills that it helps me develop. Whether it’s a science experiment gone wrong or figuring out a complex math problem, I enjoy learning and finding solutions in STEM. 

I’ve always been curious on how STEM is used to do things like predict the weather, build bridges, and skyscrapers.

Kaiker Kidz Ambassador Qualifications

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Core Qualifications:

  • Shows kindness and respect to classmates and adults

  • Follows classroom and school rules

  • Listens well and participates in activities

  • Demonstrates good sharing and teamwork skills

  • Is excited about representing Kaiker Kidz

  • Cant get their hands out of the kitchen 

  • Helps others without being asked

  • Has regular school attendance

At this level, ambassadors are more about modeling positive behavior than formal leadership.

3rd - 5th Grade

Core Qualifications:

  • Maintains good behavior and positive attitude

  • Demonstrates responsibility (turns in work, follows through on tasks)

  • Shows leadership in group settings

  • Treats others with respect and inclusion

  • Can speak confidently in small groups

  • Participates in school or community activities

  • Academic effort 

  • Willing to help lead activities or events

At this level, ambassadors can begin helping with events, welcoming new students, and promoting Kaiker Kidz values.

6th - 12th Grade

Core Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates strong character and integrity

  • Maintains good academic standing (define your GPA requirement if desired)

  • Shows leadership experience (clubs, sports, church, community, etc.)

  • Can speak confidently in front of groups

  • Is active in school and/or community

  • Models positive social media behavior

  • Ability to mentor younger students

  • Good time management skills

  • Written application and interview completion

At this level, ambassadors can:

  • Lead events

  • Mentor younger ambassadors

  • Represent Kaiker Kidz at community functions

  • Assist with outreach and recruitment

ALL GRADE LEVELS

No matter the age, all Kaiker Kidz Ambassadors should:

  • Represent the Kaiker Kidz mission positively

  • Show respect for peers and adults

  • Be dependable

  • Display kindness and inclusion

  • Have parent/guardian support
