Kai Lewars — Founder & Principal

Kai brings over a decade of experience in leading and advancing STEM-based learning for school-aged children. With a career rooted in community building through his firm’s real estate development and construction management services, he remains committed to expanding STEAM- based educational access. Inspired by his mother’s career in education and her early encouragement of STEAM exploration, Kai founded the Kaiker Kidz Foundation to broaden STEAM opportunities for children in underserved communities.

Precious Holt Hackett, LISW — Executive Director

Precious leads with a passion for families and community engagement, ensuring that Kaiker Kidz programs are accessible, supportive, and family-centered. She is a licensed independent Social Worker dedicated to helping youth and families thrive through creativity and education. Her background in clinical social work has allowed her to adopt a holistic approach that values empathy, innovation, and community engagement.

Precious obtained her Masters degree at University of Cincinnati with a Major in Social Work.

PJ Wolf — Development Director

PJ joins Kaiker Kidz with a belief in sparking young minds to explore STEAM through experiential learning, a philosophy she deepened while studying Innovation at Xavier University. With experience in business operations, acquisitions, and retention, PJ leads with a human-centered mindset, approaching challenges with creativity, determination, and grit. PJ is dedicated to breaking down barriers so more Cincinnati youth can explore, build, and innovate.

Our advisory team includes local STEAM professionals in the field of construction, design, architecture, engineers, scientists, educators, artists, and community leaders who help guide program development and ensure impact.

  • Kai Lewars

    President/Chairperson

    Kai Lewers is the Founder and Principal of Kaiker Development + Construction (KDC) and Chair of the Kaiker Kidz Foundation. He relocated to Cincinnati driven by a vision to invest in real estate and uplift communities through development. After leading multi-million-dollar commercial projects, he returned to grow KDC with a focus on work that creates both economic and social impact. His passion is opening doors for the next generation by connecting youth to opportunities in construction, real estate and STEAM

  • JImmy Stringer

    Vice Chairperson

    Jimmy Stringer is Vice Chair of the Kaiker Kidz Foundation and the clinical Diagnostic Medical Physicist at UC Health. A U.S. Air Force veteran and Board-certified physicist, he specializes in advancing cancer treatment through research and innovation. He is passionate about inspiring youth to pursue STEAM careers and expanding access to opportunities in science and medicine.

  • Tina Peyton

    Secretary of Board

    Tina Peyton has a foundation in property operations, she oversees the management of KDC’s real estate portfolio while supporting project pursuits, portfolio growth, and the systems that drive sustainable community development. She is passionate about creating pathways for youth through STEAM and real estate exposure.

  • Jodi Allison

    Treasury of Board

    Jodi Allison serves on the board of the Kaiker Kidz Foundation and leads the financial operation aspects at KDC, keeping financial operations organized and the team supported. She is passionate about youth and helping students understand the financial side of development and STEAM careers, showing how projects are funded, built and sustained.
