County Commissioners joined Kaiker Development + Construction

and leaders from the City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Development Fund, The Port, and Ohio Department of Development for a groundbreaking of State Ave Lofts - Price Hill’s newest affordable housing project! The County invested $720,000 in federal funding towards this development at 700 State Street to increase affordable housing.
